Hi @Amalraj1,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand you recently replaced the cartridges in your HP printer, but it is not printing. Let’s go through a few steps to check what could be causing this.

Check the cartridge installation
Open the cartridge access door and make sure each cartridge is firmly clicked into the correct slot.
If a cartridge is loose or in the wrong position, the printer may not print.

Remove protective tape from the cartridges
New cartridges usually have a plastic tape covering the ink nozzles or contacts.
Make sure all protective tape has been completely removed.

Restart the printer
Turn the printer off, unplug the power cord for about 60 seconds, then reconnect it.
This helps the printer detect the newly installed cartridges.

Check ink levels and cartridge compatibility
Confirm the cartridges are compatible with your printer model and not empty or defective.
Incompatible or faulty cartridges can prevent printing.

Run the printer cleaning tool
From the printer control panel or printer software, run “Clean Printhead” or “Clean Cartridges.”
This helps if air entered the ink system during replacement.

Print a test page
Try printing a printer status report or test page from the printer menu.
This checks whether the issue is with printing itself or the computer connection.

I hope this helps.
