Product: HP LaserJet M110we Printer

I want to return a toner cartridge for recycling but having difficulty.  I do not have a supply account and only buy as and when I need a cartridge - which is not very often. No return bag inside the packaging of my new cartridge. 

 

I have envelopes for the smaller cartridges and wondered if I should ship to the address on these envelopes?   Have tried the HP Recycle site but having no luck - get page in Swedish and have to change to English and then get Error 404 and a USA phone number to call.  SO frustrating.   At the point of putting it in my domestic recycling bin!
