Product: Neverstop 1001nw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Good afternoon, I have 2 HP Neverstop 1001nw printers, and I am trying to add toner as the print quality is poor and the toner drum light is blinking orange. The first part goes in, but then you can't turn it, is that safe to say it's because that drum light is blinking?
I will order that now, but wanted to know if that would be a root cause.

You need to replace the drum, you have limited numbers of toners you can use. When the drum is at the near end of its life you need to replace it because you can't add more toner to the worn-out drum.
