Hi, I received a defective black ink cartridge in a new two pack of 61 Tricolor and black ink dated October 2025. I purchased it from Amazon. It is out of date for Amazon return. The two pack was sold as new. The color cartridge is fine. For the black one, I get a message that says defective cartridge, and will not work. If I replace the almost empty cartridges in the printer, everything is fine. I have done all the things the virtual assistant said. But the number on the black cartridge is not the one the virtual assistant asks for. The label on the cartridge says CH561W not CH561WN that the virtual assistant asks for, so that conversation will go no further. I think HP should provide me a refund or at least replacements since I purchased the product as new and the product is defective and under warranty. Can you help me with this, please? Thank you for your help.
