Product: HP ENVY 5020
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I moved from Hong Kong to the UK with my HP Envy 5020. I bought a new ink 304XL as advised instead of 65XL however now getting the error message: "The indicated cartridges are not intended for use in this printer." Would you please help to resolve this please? Thank you very much.
