HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3785 All-in-One Printer

Hello, I bought this printer in UAE & brought it to Philippines. I need help to change the region so I can use the equivalent 680  cartridge since there are no available 652 cartridge in the local market. Thanks.

I will be more than happy to help you out here.

 

To perform a printer region reset you need to meet the following conditions:

 

1. The printer should be connected using a printer USB cable to the computer.
2. You need to have the printer full feature software installed on your computer.
3. You need to have all the cartridges either from the region/country from where the printer was purchased originally or the new region/country to which you want to reset it to.
4. Make sure HP Smart App is installed too.

Hello @Alden4,

 

I believe I have all the necessary app installed in my laptop. The new cartridge was also in place and was detected by the app installed in my laptop & the HP smart app but still not compatible. I tried  test print option but its still no printing and printer cartridge still in error. The printer is connected through USB. What should I do next?
