There is no icon indicating a private message. When I tried to access the private message via your link, I got "access denied" followed by:

 

"You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action.
Click your browser's Back button to continue.

Return to my original page"

 

Can you please resolve this? Repost the private message please.
