Moved from Brazil to US, need to make printer region reset to fit US cartridges. Help please

I saw from your earlier interaction in private that you mentioned the DeskJet 2700 region reset issue had already been resolved. Could you please confirm if everything is working fine now or if you still need further assistance?

No it wasn’t, could you please help me with that?

I believe there  is a misunderstanding with another issue that I had in the past and was closed. 
Now I’m without access to private messages as well, because I’m receiving a blocked message in my account. Is it possible to review this problem too?
