Welcome to HP Support Community!
We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.

Also, before we proceed to perform the reset, I would like to know the following:
Do you have a USB cable that connects the printer and the computer? It will be required to perform the regionalization.
What is the Operating System installed on your computer?
Do you have the full-featured software of the printer installed on your computer?
Do you have the new ink cartridges with you? Did you purchase Ink cartridge from a different country?

macOS High Sierra 10.13.6Do you have the full-featured software of the printer installed on your computer?
Yes.Do you have the new ink cartridges with you? Did you purchase Ink cartridge from a different country?
Old cartridge set (364) from different country has been installed. I only have the new black cartridge (564) from the US.
