Hi, I posted this earlier, and got to the stage of someone offering to help, but I never got the instructions on how to fix the issue.

 

I have moved back from Singapore to the UK, and need a Regionalization reset to allow use of the 301 cartridges rather than the 61 in Singapore, can someone help please?

 

I have the USB cable, I have old and new print cartridges, and I am running Windows 10. I have the printer's full-feature software installed on my computer.

 

Appreciate any help, have been without printing for weeks.

I'd like to help!

 

I understand you moved and the printer is not accepting the new region cartridges.

 

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue. 

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. 

 

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
