Product: HP ENVY 5030 All-in-One Printer

Hey guys,

I have a HP 5030 all in one printer. It was purchased in Australia but i recently moved to Europe. I went out to buy new cartridges and was made aware that due to region change the new cartridges may not work. In Australia I used HP 65 but for the local market I guess its HP 304. What do I do? Is there a way to change the settings in the printer for this change?

Welcome to HP Support Community! 

  

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.  

  

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.  

  

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
