Region change request HP Envy 6230

I have an HP Envy 6230 that I bought in Europe. I now live in the US and need to change the region on it because the cartridges that I bought (HP64, 3YP23AN) in the US do not work.

 

I am getting an incompatible error due to the region misfit

I can successfully open the Set New Region window, I only need to know where to sent details to get the reset code.
