Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
I can feel how frustrating it must be to move countries and suddenly find your trusted HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2375 printer refusing to work with locally available cartridges. You're doing everything right, trying to adapt, trying to print and yet the printer is locked by region.
HP printers are region-locked, meaning they only accept ink cartridges sold in the region they were originally set up in. Your 2375 from Mexico uses HP 664 cartridges, but now that you're in the USA, you need it to accept HP 67 cartridges.
To make this happen, you need a region reset code
I request you to please get back to me with the following information, so that I can help you change the region settings on the printer.
Do you still have the ink cartridges for both regions
Do you have a printer USB cable?
Which OS is on the PC? Is it Windows or Mac?
Do you have the printer's full feature software and drivers installed on your PC?
