I've travelled with my deskjet3760 to the USA and stocked up on the equivalent ink cartridges from HP (65). In Europe it uses 304. It says they are not compatible even though all the info online says they are the right ones. It seems I need to do a regional reset but all the online guidance I have found doesn't do anything. The HP website says my warranty is expired which is a joke as I only purchased the printer this year via Amazon and it says the warranty expired in 2021!? I can't seem to connect with a human being at HP to do the regional reset. Pretty desperate here. I'm homeschooling my kids on a sail boat and we can't print any of their work 😞

Hi @LarissaCl,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.
I see that you are looking for help with a regional reset on your Printer.
To perform a printer region reset you need to meet the following conditions:
Do you have the ink cartridges for both regions?
Do you have a printer USB cable or is it connected wirelessly?
Do you have the printer full feature software or the HP smart app and drivers installed on your PC?
If you meet the above conditions then let me know the following details:
1) The operating system of your PC, is it Windows or Mac?
2) Confirm the printer model.
Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
Take care and have a great day ahead!
