Hi! I'm from the Philippines. Our Deskjet 3635 printer ran out of ink and we purchased a set of printer cartridges for this. I installed the cartridges but the printer just won't print with the new cartridges. I then noticed that the cartridges we bought are marked 63XL while the old ones were marked 680. After running HP printing diagnostics software and much googling and research, I realized that this probably is a regionalization issue and I need a region reset. I hope a HP tech support can help me on this.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Yes, we'll have to do a region reset. Where was the printer purchased?
To do a printer region reset you need to meet the following conditions:
1. The printer should be connected using a printer USB cable to the computer.
2. You need to have the printer full feature software installed on your computer.
3. You need to have all the cartridges either from the region from where the printer was purchased originally or the new region to which you want to reset it to.
