Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have moved from KSA to Canada and unable to find cartridges 652 for my printer. Please advise compatible cartridges in Canada and steps to reset the region. Thanks.

@UMtax, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I'm afraid this model printer is not available in the Canadian region. Hence, the ink cartridges will not be available there. Refer to the below table for more info:
