Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP ENVY Photo 7830 purchased in Europe. I moved it permanently to the United States. The printer is regionalized for HP 303 cartridges, and I purchased genuine U.S. HP 64 cartridges. HP Smart has a hidden "Reset Device Region" screen, and it asks for a reset code provided by support personnel. I need the regionalization reset from Europe to the United States.
