To complete this procedure, you must contact HP in the printer's country of origin and request regionalization for your new location.

Once completed, you will be able to print.

The problem is, as I am currently in South Korea, I couldn't find a way to contact US support online on the HP website. If you have any information, could you please share a direct link or contact details (e.g., a support email address) for the US support team?
