I'm still having trouble with this. How am I going to access the regional reset with the HP App? I don't know what to do and I urgently need to use the printer. Please help.

Please let me know do you have a Windows Pc, so we can plug a USB into the Pc and try.

It looks like we’re unable to perform the regional reset while using a Mac. That’s why I wanted to check if you can arrange access to a Windows PC. Once the reset is completed on Windows, you’ll still be able to continue using your Mac with the printer without any issue.
