I arrived back from Asia to Germany with my Printer bought in Germany and my German bought Ink Cartridges returning an incompatible Ink message. Could you please provide me with instructions to reset the Region.
Thank you in advance
Dieter

Good afternoon, I had a message that you rmoved my duplicate Post, well I trust I just added some Information as I received a Message "Problem solved" which is not the Case.
My understanding is, by reading other Posts, that HP can send a Code or something to reset the Printers regional settings.
I have bought the Printer years ago in Germany also I bought Cartridges in Germany. Now I am back in Germany and the Printer wont accept the German Cartridges.
A extensive Whatsapp chat have been performed with no solution except contacting the Telef**bleep** in Germany which is, I belive, not free.
Can someone from HP Support please look into that?
Thank you and have a nice remaining Sunday from Germany.

@dieteraklein, Welcome to HP Support Community!
We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Keep me posted.
Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
