HP DeskJet 2632 All-in-One Printer
Hi, I have a HP Deskjet 2632 All-In-One Printer that I first purchased in Morocco (123). I have moved to China and bought new HP cartridges (65XL) but they don't seem to work - it displays a message that says "Not Intended for Use in Current Device"

 

I am writing this message to HP Support, to request resetting the regionalisation of my printer.  Could you please help me by sending full instructions on how to reset the regionalisation of my printer and also if I need to input any special codes, if I need to input them in any sort of regionalisation settings menu, so that I can use these cartridges? 

 

I appreciate any help or assistance from HP Support. Thanks.

Hi @krimoon, Welcome to the HP Support. 

  

I will be more than happy to help you out here. 

  

To perform a printer region reset you need to meet the following conditions: 

  

  

1. You need to have the printer full feature software installed on your computer. 

2. You need to have all the cartridges either from the region/country from where the printer was purchased originally or the new region/country to which you want to reset it to. 

3. Make sure HP Smart App is installed too.
