Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, I bought new ink cartridges for my HP OfficeJet Pro 8600. Although these are new authentic ink Cartridges, I am only getting the "The following" cartridges are not intended for use in this printer. When checking some more the new ink cartridges are Z30(these are not working). Apparently the ink cartridges which were working are Z10. How can i get these ink cartridges(Z30) to work? I've come across the Regional Reset posts as a solution. Can I have the instructions to have this done? Also is there a way which I can have the printer use both Z10 and Z30 ink cartridges? Thanks.

If you are in the US the -Z10 cartridges are the correct ones for your printer.  HP will not reset the printer unless you have physically moved.

If the printer was reset to the -Z30 region the -Z10 cartridges would no longer work.

I would suggest you contact your supplier for the correct -Z10 cartridges.
