Product: HP ENVY Pro 6430 All-in-One Printer

Hello , Reposting to get help form HP Support as the last one is not able to login so no response

 

I recently moved from France to Usa. I brought my hp printer envy pro 6430 with me . I recently brought the ink cartridge 67xl for my printer in usa as on my old cartridge I have a reference 67/305 . but my printer is unable to recognize it and having a message error E0. I found that I have to ask hp to do a regional rest to use my printer in usa. I would like to know if any one have an idea how can I do it . I am trying to find a number to contact hp but the automated system does not recognized my printer and does not let me connect an technical support. SO I thought to brought the issue here to get help from some expert. Thanks

That can only be done by official HP service representatives. 

 

I can ask for assistance for you for that. Friday or the weekend is not the best time to ask for that, so please remain patient as you have been.
