Hello HP Support team, I need assistance with a region reset for my HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 printer. Issue: My printer shows “Incompatible Cartridge” when installing HP 912XL cartridges. After checking the printer label, I discovered that my device is an Asia-Pacific region model, but I now live in the UK, where only HP 912/912XL cartridges are sold. Request: Please perform a region reset to the Europe/UK region, so I can use HP 912/912XL cartridges. Kindly help to solve this issue.

 

I do have original HP 915XL but it is empty now. I have new 912XML cartridges bought in uk but unable to print now. kindly help with procedure to reset the regional settings.

Hi @Boboy2 

 

To complete this procedure, you must contact HP in the printer's country of origin and request regionalization for your new location.

Once completed, you will be able to print.
