I have a Color Laserjet pro M155 nw (D2C132)-3. I bought it in Singapore and was using 215A toner, I have moved to italy and can only find 216A which should be compatible.
However, when I installed the new Black toner (216A) in the printer, it showed an error "incompatible black cartridge" and do not allow me to proceed.
I read a response to another post that said I need to do a regional reset but did not specify the steps to do so.
