Are you a human or a chatbot?

I have asked you at least 10 times to reply to my private messages. I sent screenshots and I am asking a simple question: WHERE DO I RIGHT CLICK TO GET THE VALUES LIST? 

This is the most frustrating 3-week conversation I have ever had with any tech support, and I am an expert computer engineer!

PLEASE REPLY TO MY PRIVATE MESSAGES NOW, or provide me a replacement person/manager to reply.

Thank you fort your response, I am here to help you.

Please right-click on the empty space next to the ink levels. This will open the windows.

 

HP Smart via USB:

  • Launch HP Smart and click the product ink levels to open the Supported Cartridges window.

  • Hold down the CTRL and SHIFT keys and then right-click on the empty area to the right of the ink levels.

  • The Set New Regions window opens.

  • Use the "Copy to Clipboard" feature to paste the values here.

What you sent are Microsoft Windows screenshots, I am on Mac.

 

I sent you my screenshots. Again you are not looking at my private messages or screenshots.

When I click on the estimated supply level on the first screen in HP Smart, it takes me to a page that shows some options for buying HP instant ink. I sent you a screenshot of that page too. I do NOT get to the page you are seeing, and I cannot see the supply levels so I can right click on the white side next to them. I never reach that page.

 

What can I do to get to the secret regionalization window on mac?

Hi @FiroTheHero,

I request you to please update the printer's full feature software first. Once you do that, then you may try doing a regional reset.

To update the printer full feature software please click here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/printer

 

Please enter the serial number and download the software.

 

Please follow the steps below.

1.) Connect the printer via USB (usually you need it in case your internet connection is not strong or may have downtime while performing it. You can skip it and perform the process under wifi as well)

 

2.) Launch HP Smart and click the product ink levels to open the Supported Cartridges window.

 

3.) Clicking ink levels in HP Smart

Hold down the (Cmd + Space in MAC) and then right-click on the empty area to the right of the ink levels.

 

4.) Clicking to the right of the ink levels

The Set New Regions window opens.

There's no full featured software for the HP 9020 for Mac. When I put the serial number it just gives me instructions to add the printer using bonjour

 

What can I do?

I have sent you dozens of private messages, and you still give me generic answers that do not apply to me. THERE ARE NO MACOS EASY HP APP FOR MY PRINTER, THERE IS ONLY HP SMART APP and I have sent you numerous screenshots of that!

Waiting for a link to MAC software for my printer, and exact steps on how I can change the regionalization from 962 to 963. It has been 3 weeks with no resolution. I am also waiting for an expert/manager to be engaged with me, and you are not fulfilling my request.
