Hello.
I have bought Envy 5010 in Belgium (Europe). The cartridges used there were HP 304. Recently we moved to Israel and there is no other possibility to order HP cartridges except from the US. But the cartridges I have ordered from Amazon US are not compatible with the printer. It has HP 65 number. As I searched the problem, it might be connected to the regional setup. It seems I need compatibility with US cartridges. How do do a Regionalization reset ?
Need help asap please.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
