HP ENVY 5530 e-All-in-One Printer

I need to reset region on my Printer  HP ENVY 5530. 

The printer was purchased in USA and I am now trying to use it in UK. The HP301 cartridges do not want to work, error message stating that they are incompatible

You will need to Contact HP to request a "Regionalization Reset". There should not be any charge for this, it is covered as part of the cartridge warranty. You will need to have access to your computer and printer while on the line with HP. You will also need to have a set of cartridges for the new region, once the reset is complete cartridges from the original region will no longer work.  HP's web page on the subject is here.

I've submitted the cartridge warranty case and hope (the printer is out of warranty) and hope they get back to me with contact number of some sort. All other options to contact, like virtual assistant, etc, are not available.
