Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My printer has started giving me the error message that the new black toner cartridge is not compatable.  The event log shows the location code to now be wrong for my locaion (Europe, Germany).  This has just started with the last new cartridge i bought.  Code shows 10.4310 for the black only cartridge.  I need to reset the location I'm guessing for some unknown reason as this has never happened before.
