i bought a HP 4502 Printer in the US, but now im living in Mexico City where the 61 cartridge is not avaiable, i tried using the LA cartriges but printer says it is incompatible.
So i need to change my printer region to make the LA cartridges compatible with my printer.

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
