Product: OfficeJet Pro 8022

I have tried registering for Instant Ink here in the UK and it keeps reverting to the USA version for prices and delivery address. I spent nearly an hour yesterday to an HP Support member who had sight of my screen and she could resolve the matter saying in the end "just try again later". Which I did and still the same problem. All my settings are for the UK.
