I have just cancelled my instant ink subscription for the following reason: For about three months I have been billed without fail, but they have never sent me any new ink replacement. I have just found this out when I ran out of black ink, and my printer could not print anything anymore. So I went online and check my account. That was how I understood what happened, and of course I have been unhappy.
Now my question is: Is it rightful to ask for refund? I have felt cheated by HP. If I didn't get a refund, I would considered it as a "total and complete scam".

Hi @Scammed2021,
I'd like to help!
Instant Ink is basically a monthly subscription-based service from HP where you pay a fee each month for the number of pages you print and not for the cartridges.
For refund-related queries, please reach the HP Instant Ink team(contact information can be found on the home page) in your region for further assistance.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
