We had to perform a hard reset on our printer after a power outage in our area. We have a deskjet 4100e. We do not have the setup ink cartridges that the system is requesting. Any help setting our printer up again, is greatly appreciated.

I see that you are facing an issue with your printer.

 

Kindly refer to the steps from this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.
