I have tried everything including updating software, reset, changed cartridge to new one and cleaned contacts. When I remove the cartridge and put back in it will print one page then the error message returns.

I have an instant ink cartridge and cannot use it, because the printer tolds me to remove and reinstall the cartridge. I have done that for many times and it doesn’t help. I have another cartridge, which is not from instant ink and that one works, but is empty now. That’s why I would like to use the other one. What can I do? I cannot get a new Cartridge until the one I have is empty.

I have tried all of the suggested advice. Nothing works. I am enrolled in the HP ink supply so I know I am using the correct ink. The cartridge is installed properly. I have tried changing the cartridge but still getting the error message. This problem is only happening with the colour cartridge. Can someone please help. Thank you.
