I called the Office Depot supplier and informed Jessica that the new cartridges did not resolve the problem. They are sending me 3 color replacement cartridges directly. In the meantime, my printer is not usable. I cannot even print in black even though the black cartridge is fine. Isn't it odd that so many people have had the same problem in just this month? Has any of the other users in the community resolved their issue? if so, how?

I understand. This model printer does not support printing in single-cartridge mode. All 4 ink cartridges should be present in working condition for you to print.
Kindly wait for the replacement ink cartridges and let us know if you face any other issues.

Hi
I dont have a local HP repair place surely they could look at this remotley? Plus my printer will not take updates. Im finding i have to buy a new printer every 15 months as they keep failing and they are HP ones. I now have 2 lots of ink worth nearly £100 that i cant use.

Hi
I removed the ink from printer, Disconnected from mains for a while, i put cartridges back in and powered up it updated the printer and it works now.
I think its worth updating software on printer and see if it works.
