Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8028 All-in-One Printer

I have a OfficeJet Pro 8028 with blue streaking...  Ive run the cleaning process to the third level several times.  I replaced the print cartridge. I still have minimal ink coming to the paper.  The printhead health says "Good" so I assume i need to clean the printhead.  How do I remove it?
