When installing a brand new toner cartridge I got the message "remove shipping lock from black cartridge". The old nearly empty cartridge does not trigger the message. I performed the 3 steps suggesting for trouble shooting. I checked that the alienation mechanism on the cartridge is working properly. I switched around the cartridges and it didn't work. I checked the electrical contacts suggested and they are clean. I have HP original cartridges only. My model is Laserjet CP1525nw color.
What do I do to fix this problem?
