Microsoft Windows 11

My Printer recently was Failing to Print Black Ink very clearly, so I followed the instructions to improve Ink Print Quality, and after several processes, it was Good again.

I haven't printed anything for several days since, until today, when a Document Printed, but only printed the Colour content, but with zero of the Text in Black Ink !

Ink Levels show as virtually full ?

Any suggestions please

I have now seen many other reports over the Years of similar issues with Cartridges supplied by Instant Ink, which is where these Cartridges are from ?

Does that mean the Fault is with the Ink Cartidge, and nothing to do with my Printer ?

So ?

I finally Printed off the Page I wanted to Print, in Good Quality....

But ? Only after I 'Cleaned Print Heads' 3 Times, with 2 Cleaning processes each Time ?

Surely ? I should not need to do this before every Print Job !
