Hi, 

We have big dots on the left side of the printed page. We replaced all toners, but same problem.Scan-1.jpg

Anyone knows this problem?

That is a damaged pressure roller on the fuser assembly, the printer needs to be repaired, nothing can be done without disassembly of the printer.

Ho you know that is pressure roller... maybe is heat sleeve. About how many dots we talk here?

The outer layer of pressure roller is very thin and gest damaged easily and you get repetetive defects . It's not the first I have seen/repaired, and it was allways ( in my cases) damaged pressure roller.
