Replace Cartridge

HP Recommended
PSC 8150
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Reinstalled black #56 cartridge, error message says check cartridge on the right.

Sorry, my original post misidentified the printer as a PSC 8150, which has another problem not covered in this post. The problem with the #56 cartridge is in an HP PSC all-in-one 2175, Product Number: Q3866A. This printer was working recently, especially after I got a used Panasonic Toughbook CF-31 running Win10 Pro. Think the USB port has a higher signal level than my previous Toshiba laptop.
 Have previously had this problem with the cartridges not being recognized. Last time I replaced them (months ago) they finally were recognized. Have printed with them since then. Just took out the color cartridge (#58) last week as it did not print. I soaked it in water and got it to print again. At some point, I removed the #56, black cartridge too, and got this error I cannot now get around.
