How do I redeem a replacement/refund for HP ink cartridges under the warranty?

I have tried HP assistant and it will not allow you to register cartridges. On the ink warranty page there is no information for enacting the warranty to get a refund or replacement cartridge.

To get ink replacement, you will need additional support from our internal teams in HP. For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.
