Can the printhead(s) on my HP Office Jet Pro 8035 be replaced?

If so, where, what is an estimated cost, and what is the expected turnaround?

I see that there is an issue with the printer hardware and may need repair or replacement.

The support here is limited and this issue might require one-on-one interaction to fix it.
