Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I replaced my HP Deskjet 1000 J110 with new cartridges (HP approved) like i always do, . Keep getting the same msg for my tri color, Cartridge may be damaged and failed cannot print.  How do i get my printer to accept the tri color cartridge> Never had this problem before.  Tried cutting power and disconnecting from computed and didn't work.  What can I do?
