Product: Office Jet Pro 9015

My printer has prompted me to change several cartridges. However, when I open the printer's front door, the block of cartridges does not center and so I can't get access to them. How do I get the cartridge block to center?

You have to turn printer on when change ink cartridges.

Still need help here. Same model & same  problem with cartridges not centering and this occurs when printer is on.
