HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased a new printhead.  It's supposed to be a replacement for my original but the nozzles don't fit the cartridges.  Looks like there are plastic covers over the actual nozzles.  Am I correct? Do I pull these off?  Or do I have the wrong printhead?  Thanks     7740 printhead.jpg
