Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e All-in-One Printer

My printer is not printing properly when it is blue ink.  I have tried to clean the print head 4 times, but it still comes out bad.  My printer is out of warranty so I assume I would need to purchase a print head? It is on  the Instant Ink program as well. HELP! I use this for my job.

The printhead on 8025e is not user replaceable and can't be bought.
