Product: HP Color LJ M553DN
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My Enterprise HP LJ M553DN said "fuser kit very low" and to replace. I did replace it and the message still appears even after powering it off and then on. So I looked up on the Support site and it says to go to "Administration -> Manage supplies -> Reset supplies -> New fuser kit" to reset the counter, but the menu tree on the control panel "Manages Supplies" does not have a "reset" submenu or option. It is not even in the user guide/manual, so I doubt it is a failed hard drive like the other responses have suggested to reformat the hard drive. How do you "reset" the counter to get rid of the message? Do I need to upgrade the firmware?
