Hello @abcd447 ,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

If you're experiencing print quality issues after changing the cartridge in your HP printer, you might want to try some troubleshooting steps before seeking professional repair:

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Align the Print Cartridges: Use your printer's control panel or the HP software on your computer to align the print cartridges. This can often resolve print quality issues.

  2. Clean the Printhead: There might be some clogging. Use the printer’s maintenance tools to clean the printhead.

  3. Check Cartridge Installation: Ensure that the cartridges are correctly installed. Remove and reinsert them to confirm they are properly seated.

  4. Run a Print Quality Diagnostic: Use the HP software to print a diagnostic page. This can help you identify print quality issues.

  5. Update Printer Firmware: Ensure your printer has the latest firmware update, which might fix known issues.

Service and Repair:

If the problem persists after trying these steps, you may need to contact HP support for further assistance or repair services. Here’s how:

  1. Visit HP Support: Go to the HP Customer Support website.

  2. Contact: Look for options to reach customer service. You can use live chat, call, or email based on your region.

  3. Provide Details: Be ready to provide details such as your printer model (HP DesignJet T210), purchase date, and a description of the issue. They might ask you to perform some additional troubleshooting steps.

  4. Arrange for Repair: If necessary, HP Support will guide you through the process of arranging a repair, which could include sending the printer to a service center or arranging for a technician visit, depending on your warranty and service terms.

If your printer is under warranty, the repair might be covered. Check your warranty status on the HP website or through the HP software on your computer.
