Product: HP OfficeJet 4655 All-in-One Printer
Hello,
After speaking with a technical support team member, I was given an email to request an exchange of unused unopened printer ink cartridges. The email was bogus. Anyway after several frustrating minutes, I'm here.
I have two HP 63 Black Cartridges that I would like to exchange for two HP 67 Black Cartridges.
Unused/unopened ink cartridges
One (1) HP 63 Black F6U61A Cartridge
One (1) HP 63XL Black F6U64AN Cartridge
NEW Unused/unopened ink cartridges
Two (2) HP 67 Black Cartridges
