Product: HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3515 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I would like to change reset the region of my HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3515 from Kuwait to India so that i can start using the printer cartridge 678 instead of the present 650.  I have taken the screenshot of the current settings of the printer. I have only the printer cartridge of Kuwait (650). Kindly assist. Thank you.

Welcome to HP Support Community! 

  

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.  

  

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.  

  

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
